Terms of Service
Last updated: 2 June 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the AuthScope website at www.authscope.io and the early-access programme (together, the “Service”). By using the Service or joining the early-access list you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
AuthScope is operated by Libriate, a trading name of Bluberrie Digital Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Where you accept these Terms on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.
2. The Service
AuthScope is building an OAuth audit product for Google Workspace (with Microsoft 365 planned for a later release). The product is not yet generally available. Today the Service consists of this marketing website and an early-access registration list. Descriptions of planned functionality are forward-looking and may change.
3. Early-access registration
To join the early-access list you must provide an accurate email address that you are authorised to use. Joining the list does not create any entitlement to the product, nor any guarantee of access, timing, pricing, or specific features. We may contact you about the product in accordance with the consent you give and our Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable law;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its underlying systems;
- submit another person's email address without their permission, or submit false or automated registrations;
- scrape, copy, or republish the Service's content without our written consent; or
- disrupt or impair the integrity, security, or performance of the Service.
5. Intellectual property
The AuthScope name, logo, branding, and all content on the Service are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you no right to use them except to view the Service for its intended purpose.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any planned product or feature will be released.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
9. Termination
You may leave the early-access list at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us. We may suspend or end your access to the Service, or remove you from the early-access list, if you breach these Terms or where we reasonably need to.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version. Where changes are material we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
